Green Bean Bundles
Beautiful wrapped packages of farm-fresh green beans are a restaurant-worthy addition to your table. Savory and sweet sauce grace these fresh, delicous green bean bundles wrapped with crispy bacon.

12 ounces GreenLine fresh green beans
6 strips bacon, partially cooked
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/3 cup butter or bacon drippings
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Microwave 12 ounce package of GreenLine fresh green beans for 3-4 minutes or accordingly to directions. Open package of green beans and let cool until safe to handle (5-10 minutes). Wrap about 10-15 beans in each of the bacon strips. Secure with a toothpick. Place on a foil-covered baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is done. In a skillet, saute onion in butter or bacon drippings until tender. Add vinegar, sugar and salt, heat through. Remove bundles to a serving bowl or platter. Pour sauce over and serve immediately.
